Village of Cache Creek Downtown Vision

The Project

Hired by the Village to develop a work plan and implement a planning process for a downtown visioning project.  The project involved community and business community engagement and resulted in a comprehensive community-supported vision, goals, policies and actions for Cache Creek's downtown. Identified as a priority in the Village's Economic Development Strategy, it is anticipated the project will be a step toward a targeted revitalization strategy for the Village's downtown. Content developed will be incorporated as policy into the Village's Official Community Plan.
