Simpwc Land Use Plan

The Project

Meraki was approached by the Simpwc First Nation to work closely with the community to develop a new Land Use Plan for the community. Based on a desire for a more community supported plan, the workplan involves a multi-phased, comprehensive communications and engagement strategy and the development of a detailed branding package to enhance the look and feel of the planning process and final Land Use Plan. Land use designations and maps will be developed in collaboration with community members and staff along with a community supported vision, guiding principles and land use goals and priorities associated with land use topic areas and Reserve areas.
