Cache Creek Seniors Housing Needs Assessment

The Project

Hired to undertake a housing needs assessment to determine the state of existing seniors housing and the need for accessible seniors housing in the Village of Cache Creek.  The approach includes gathering housing and socio-economic statistics for the area as well as primary data collection via on the ground home assessments, surveys and engagement sessions with local seniors and seniors' service providers.
