Leadership and Professional Mentorship

Meraki partnered with snpink’tn Indian Band to support the professional growth of their Land Use Planner while strengthening internal planning capacity. Through ongoing mentorship, career coaching, and hands-on project experience, the work focused on developing technical planning skills, leadership, facilitation, project management, policy development, and internal planning processes that will continue to support the Nation into the future.

Mentorship was also woven throughout snpink’tn’s Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Strategy, providing practical opportunities to apply skills while contributing to successful project outcomes. The result was increased organizational capacity, greater confidence in leading planning initiatives, and an investment in planning leadership.
