Comprehensive Community Plan

Meraki partnered with Spuzzum First Nation to refresh the Nation’s Comprehensive Community Plan through a collaborative, community-led planning process that honoured existing work while creating a renewed vision for the future. Extensive engagement with Members, the CCP Planning Team, and Chief and Council ensured the Plan reflected community priorities and strengthened a shared sense of ownership throughout the process.

To support meaningful engagement, Meraki developed a cohesive project identity that was carried consistently across communications, engagement materials, presentations, and the final Plan, creating a recognizable and engaging planning process from beginning to end. The resulting Comprehensive Community Plan combines thoughtful design with practical implementation, providing a culturally grounded roadmap with achievable actions that supports informed decision-making and keeps the Plan alive for years to come.
