Tobacco Plains Indian Band Land Use Plan

The Project

Meraki Community Planning was contracted as a subconsultant to McElhanney to support the development of the Tobacco Plains Indian Band Land Use Plan.  Our primary role on the project was to lead the development and implementation of the communications and engagement strategy.  Our extensive experience working with Indigenous Communities on long-range community planning projects and engagement initiatives paired with our IAP2 training and success in adapting engagement strategies to meet COVID-19 protocols, made us a good fit for the project.
