The Project
Hired to work with the Village of Cache Creek and its seniors to develop the first Age-Friendly Plan for the community. The project included a detailed assessment of existing services, amenities and programs for seniors and a gap analysis identifying areas of improvement. This highly collaborative process engaged over 25% of the local seniors population as well as local seniors service providers. The Plan, adopted by Council, includes many priorities, focused on transportation, housing and information sharing, that will be implemented over several years.
