Kitselas First Nation – BC Rural Dividend Fund Grant

The Project

Supported Kitselas Lands and Resources Staff with the development of a work plan and comprehensive grant application package  (to BC Rural Dividend Fund) for completion of their 2019 Land Use Plan and for the creation of their first Development Approvals Policy, process and associated forms for Reserve lands.   The latter was identified as an action and high implementation priority during the review and update of the Nation's Land Use Plan.    The successful application package resulted in a total of $ 99,780 awarded to the Nation to carry out this work.
