K5T Communications Strategy and Branding

The Project

Our services have been extended to support the Kistelas Five-Tier System (K5T), a community-built employment and training program supporting marginalized people and equity seeking groups within the greater Terrace area.  K5T partners with some of the region’s largest employers in the oil and gas, construction, and health care industries to link employers to skilled and capable employees, and to link employees coming through the 5 Tier System to high quality, stable employment. Meraki worked closely with K5T to develop a comprehensive communications strategy, branding package and website to enhance operations and take the organization to the next level!  Branding package included full logo design based on existing K5T icon, colour scheme, template development and more.  The deliverables were infused with community and staff input to ensure an internally supported, internally driven approach.  A big thank you to our designer Jennifer Cook for her creative flair and design expertise.
