Princeton Accessibility Plan

The Province of BC requires municipalities to have an Accessibility Plan in Place as per the Accessibility BC Act, established in 2021.  Meraki was contracted by the Town of Princeton to support the development of the Town’s Accessibility Plan. We were responsible for the development of an Accessibility Committee with a Terms of Reference, leading the project, developing and implementing a communication and engagement strategy and creating the community-driven Plan with targeted actions, measures of success and a realistic, implementation plan to enhance accessibility for older adults and people with disabilities within the community.
