The Project

Meraki was selected by the Town of Princeton to proceed with the development of a comprehensive review and update of the Town’s Zoning Bylaw.  Key priorities of the update involved, but were not limited to, alignment with the Town’s newly updated Official Community Plan, regulations for better accessibility and age-friendly enhancements, consideration for density bonus provisions for affordable and special needs housing, relaxed parking regulations and regulations for accessory dwellings across the Town and short-term vacation rentals.
