The Project

Following the 2021 wildfires that devastated the Town of Lytton and Lytton First Nation community, Meraki was contracted by the Lytton First Nation Economic Development Corporation to support site selection and conceptual planning for the development of a new mixed use building for affordable, Indigenous housing and commercial uses. The project is a multi-phased initiative that will include a partnership with McElhanney for engineering design services in subsequent phases.
