The Project
Meraki was contracted to work with the Town of Princeton to develop a Housing Needs Report in alignment with the 2023 amendments to the BC Local Government Act. The project seeks to better understand existing and projected housing gaps in the community through community input and secondary data collection to inform future land use planning. Using the new HNR Method established by the Province, the report identifies 5 and 20 year housing needs for the Town of Princeton.
